Reform of the spelling of peoples' names, and of place names, is a matter of great importance. e-speec would remove the confusion associated with spelling these names - so we would have, for example: Sidny (Sydney), Lunden (London), Inglish (English), Allen (Alan, Allan, Allen), Jon (John), Izac (Isaac).
When all this (eventually) comes about, parents should be encouraged to use names for their
children that are spelt in a logical way - in order to avoid the confusion and errors that are
commonplace today.
The sound traditionally spelt -oir is spelt '-war' in e-speec
- for example, culewar (couloir),
rezervwar (reservoir).
