New spelling systems have been criticised because words with the same sound but different meanings are spelt the same. For example, the traditional spellings 'night' and 'knight' change to 'nite' in e-speec. So the word 'nite' will no longer indicate which meaning is intended.
Is this a valid reason not to use e-speec? There are at least six
reasons why it is not valid:
| Point 1. | Point 2. |
| Point 3. | Point 4. |
| Point 5. | Point 6. |
